Event Space Rental Rates:
- Marble Room: $125 per hour
- Hospitality fee: $50 (one-time charge)
For example, a 3-hour event would total:
- Marble Room: $425 ($375 rental + $50 hospitality fee)

Your Rental Includes:
​- Tables and chairs with setup and breakdown

Capacity: 60 People for Marble room
- Black or White tablecloths upon request
- Complimentary use of our TV, Fridge, Bluetooth speaker system with a microphone (if not using a DJ)
-Booking availability: 7:00am-8:00pm
To Secure Your Booking, We Require:
​​- A signed contract
- A non-refundable $150 deposit
- The remaining balance will be due two weeks prior to your event date
